Jacob Marley
This play is essentially a prequel to "A Christmas Carol." The play tells the story from the perspective of Jacob Marley and illustrates how Marley came to be the miser that influenced Ebenezer Scrooge. What made Marley the man he became, how he and Scrooge met and became partners, and how Marley came to be the ghost that warns Scrooge of his impending doom. The play concludes with "the rest of the story" of Marley and Scrooge's fate.
